Beginning with exclusive private use of our Field Campus and premium accommodation in the hills above the Rift Valley, we’ll work with you to build exactly the itinerary you want based on your group’s aims and preferences.

Our resources and partnerships on the ground in Tanzania allow us to create your preferred balance of putting your team’s skills to good work, shadowing and learning from experienced clinicians, volunteering and exploring the culture and incredible landscapes of East Africa.

Your own Field Campus

For larger groups, we offer exclusive use of our Field Campus to give you complete privacy in your group’s accommodation as well as unlimited use of the learning and recreation areas.

Mentoring as you need it

The Medical Doctors and Nurses who work full time with us mentoring participants on our regular programs are available to provide the same service or adapt their input to suit your group’s needs.

Clinical experience

Through our partnerships with a wide range of major Regional and District Hospitals and Community Health Centres, we can provide access to frontline medical experience tailored to individual group member’s needs and interests.

Voluntary service

There is high demand for volunteers with a diverse range of skills to serve in both medical and non-medical settings with our many partner organisations. The amount and type of volunteering built into your itinerary can be adapted to your mission and objectives.

Leisure & adventure

Wildlife safaris, horseback riding, hilltop yoga, local dance classes and a range of other cultural activities can all be included and seamlessly built into your itinerary. Splitting your group to allow individuals to focus on their own interests is no problem.

Travel & logistics

We can provide as much or as little help as you need with practicalities like flights, insurance, visas and local transport, to make your job as group leader easier without you losing ownership of the whole experience.
