Our student program gives you front line experience of hospital, community and tribal medicine evidenced by a Certificate of Clinical Experience and letter of recommendation from your mentoring Doctor.

Your Mentor is a Medical Doctor or Registered Nurse with expert local knowledge, who works full-time on the program. You’ll be at their side for 6-8 hours every day with no more than 3 other students, providing an intense and balanced learning experience.

Our long-term partnership with a Community Health Centre is helping them to provide essential services where they’re really needed. You’ll contribute very directly through a day of voluntary service, helping with projects from building a playground for the Children’s OPD waiting area to organising stock in the Pharmacy.
Our purpose-built Field Campus combines a dedicated learning environment for both group and individual work with a safe and social base during your time with us. High on a wooded hilltop above the Great Rift Valley, it’s also the perfect place to relax and recharge at the end of a busy day!
