Your registration fee covers us processing your application, so must be paid in order to submit the online form. It provisionally reserves you a place on the program, pending the remainder of the admission process.

If your application is not successful, we will refund your registration fee in full (subject to our Terms and Conditions).

Please note that as we begin processing your application immediately, the registration fee is not refundable if you change your mind or withdraw from the program.

We take seriously our responsibility for the safety and wellbeing of all program participants, partner hospitals and the communities in which we work.

Your admission interview is a video call with a senior member of our team lasting approximately 45 minutes and is an important part of assessing your suitability for this kind of experience. It will focus on ensuring that having you join the program:

• will not put you or anyone else at risk;
• will be of genuine value to you as a participant;
• will uphold the international reputation of the program.

You are welcome to have a family member or academic tutor join your admission interview, and it is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have.

We will also require a reference from someone who knows you well in a professional or academic capacity (not a friend or family member).

We will contact you within 5 working days of submission of your online application to schedule your interview and obtain your reference provider’s details.

We will tell you whether your application has been successful shortly after your admission interview.
